WWE Rumour: Winner of Balor Vs Wyatt at Summerslam to be Lesnar’s next opponent

Bengaluru, July 30: The Summerslam event is approaching towards us, quickly. The flagship brand of Monday Night Raw is already stacking up the feuds that will culminate at the biggest party of the summer. The Great Balls of Fire PPV was the last stop for the red brigade prior to the dual-brand show in August.

Apart from the Universal Championship match, WWE Raw will surely host a number of marquee matches on the Summerslam evening. One of them is going to be a first-time affair ever and surely a mouth-watering contest for the pro-wrestling fans.

As revealed by the Dirty Sheets podcast, the creative is planning accordingly to host a singles match between Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor at this year's Summerslam. Wyatt was supposed to be involved in the Intercontinental Title picture, prior to this. But, that angle has been wiped out, for now.

Going by the further reports from cagesideseats.com, Wyatt is being heated up for the main event spotlight via this contest against Balor. He is currently having the momentum by his side which is likely to continue. Quite surprisingly, he emerged as the winner against his recent feud against Seth Rollins which was an indication for the same.

The same can be said for Finn Balor who might also be included in the Universal title picture in the near future. Wyatt is said to come out on top at Summerslam unless Balor unleashes his Demon King persona. The horrifying gimmick was not seen in the WWE ever since last year's Summerslam PPV.

Brock Lesnar is said to emerge as the victorious one from his upcoming title match and defend his title again at the next Raw-exclusive PPV, No Mercy. Either Wyatt or Balor is going to be his rumoured opponent at the PPV in September which will be yet another dream match for the fans.

WWE has recently gifted the fans with the never-before-seen Brock Lesnar Vs Samoa Joe match. Considering that the beast might leave the company following Wrestlemania 34, there are chances that we can see some similar matches in the near future, for sure.
