WWE Royal Rumble 2024: List of Men’s and Women’s Rumble Entrants with eliminations

The annual WWE Royal Rumble 2024 premium live event edition went down last night in Florida and the event kicked off with the Women's Rumble match. In the end, it was Bayley who outlasted 29 other women to win the 30-woman melee.

Entering the fray at number 3, she got the win by last eliminating former WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Liv Morgan, a returnee in the Rumble Match to punch her ticket to WrestleMania 40.

The win at Royal Rumble 2024 essentially means that Bayley will get to challenge either the WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY or the WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley at the Show of Shows scheduled from Philadelphia.

With this Royal Rumble win, Bayley's first singles match is likely to come at WrestleMania. The veteran female WWE talent has mostly competed in multi-woman title matches, tag matches, battle royals and even acted as the host of 'Mania in the past.

Bayley was also part of most of the Women's Rumble matches in the WWE since the inception edition in 2018 except for the 2020 edition where she defended the SmackDown Women's Championship against Lacey Evans.

In more news from the Women's Royal Rumble 2024 matchup, multiple surprises were there like Naomi and her recent rival TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. From 27 to 30 spots an array of surprise entrants were executed in the form of Roxanne Perez, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, and Liv Morgan.

In the main event of Royal Rumble 2024, Cody Rhodes won the Men's Rumble match to cement his world championship shot at WrestleMania 40. He eliminated CM Punk for the 29th elimination for the win.

Unlike the Women's Rumble, not many surprise entries were there in the Men's edition except for Andrade's return at number four and Pat McAfee's jump into the ring from commentary at the 22nd slot.

Rhodes, Punk, McIntyre, and Gunther were the final 4. The latter duo was respectively eliminated by Punk and Cody. Punk hit a Pedigree on Cody and went to eliminate him but Cody countered at the very last to get the win.

Cody has now joined Stone Cold Steve Austin to win two back-to-back Royal Rumbles in WWE history. He will get to choose between the Undisputed WWE Universal Title or World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 40.
