WWE Raw: Becky Lynch; King and Queen of the Ring qualifiers set for May 13 episode

En route to the King & Queen of the Ring international premium live event, WWE Raw is coming up with an exciting episode where multiple King and Queen of the Ring tournament matches are lined up for the show.

The match card for the May 13 episode got an additional boost now that the WWE Women's World Champion has also been added to it and it will be the first time that she will be seen in action since winning the championship belt.

It was on last Friday night's SmackDown that the tease was first made about Becky Lynch competing on Raw in a non-title match. While this matchup is confirmed, there's still no update on her opponent, as of this writing.

The previous Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley announced her injury on Raw, a few weeks ago which forced her to vacate the title after WrestleMania where she successfully defended against Becky Lynch, herself.

WWE thereby hosted a battle royal featuring Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, Natalya Neidhart, Nia Jax, Maxxine Dupri, Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Shayna Baszler and Ivy to crown the new WWE Women's World Champion.

Lynch was the last woman standing in the ring to become the new title holder by eliminating Liv Morgan. Eventually, Morgan became the new number-one contender for the Women's World Title.

As affirmed on last week's episode of WWE Raw, the next Women's World Championship match would see Liv Morgan challenging Becky Lynch at WWE's King & Queen of the Ring PLE in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, May 25.

After first-round matches from last week, King and Queen of the Ring tournament quarterfinal matches will go down to determine the semifinalists on the May 13 Raw episode that takes place at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The confirmed card goes as follows:

• King of the Ring quarterfinal: Ilja Dragunov vs. Jey Uso
• King of the Ring quarterfinal: Gunther vs. either Kofi Kingston or Rey Mysterio
• Queen of the Ring quarterfinal: Lyra Valkyria vs. Zoey Stark
• Queen of the Ring quarterfinal: IYO SKY vs. either Shayna Baszler or Zelina Vega
• WWE Women's World Champion Becky Lynch to be in action
