WWE News: Finn Balor to interfere in a match at Wrestlemania

Bengaluru, April 1: Finn Balor has been medically cleared to compete by the WWE doctors, almost a month ago.

He has performed in a number of WWE matches teasing his upcoming feud against Triple H but was not called upon for a televised return.

This is due to the lack of opponents for him at Wrestlemania. He might have appeared on Raw prior to April 2nd but that would have ruined his momentum since he would not have a match at the biggest stage of them all.

Hence, it was expected that his return might be postponed to the post-Wrestlemania episode of Raw from which new storylines would start to take-off.

But, recently, the creative might have nurtured the idea of using him at in Orlando, Florida in a surprising capacity.

As per a report from IWNerd.com, Finn Balor is expected to interfere in the match between Seth Rollins and Triple H.

He is expected to provide support to Rollins by staying in his corner. Apparently, he will be the reason to let Rollins win the match so that a new angle can be created between Balor and Triple H.

Samoa Joe is expected to be present in Triple H's corner to provide a distraction to Rollins. Balor will be the antidote for him who will reincarnate the fight from their NXT rivalry.

It is also being rumoured that Rollins might officially announce Balor's name to be present in his corner.

Whatever the planning might be, the return of the Demon King will receive a huge pop from the crowd especially considering his popularity among the Orlando crowd for his NXT stint.

The fans were upset after Balor not being featured on the Wrestlemania card despite being medically fit. He was expected to be inserted in a match against Samoa Joe since he too was opponent-less.

Another option for him was to claim his championship rematch clause and perform against either Goldberg or Brock Lesnar at the showcase of immortals.

However, with all the possibilities being nixed out, a surprise appearance is what the WWE Universe would love to see.
