WWE: John Cena reveals why he is marrying Nikki Bella

Bengaluru, July 19: There's no denying that John Cena and Nikki Bella are the power couple of the WWE. It's a fact that no other duo has been able to promote the WWE products as a true representative of the company, prior to them.

This is the reason that they are always considered as the franchise players of the company. Whenever WWE needs to get some mainstream media attention, the couple comes handy.

This is why John Cena bent down on her knees at Wrestlemania 33 to propose to Nikki Bella. This was true 'Mania moment' by all means which fetched the attention of media all around the globe.

Ever since then, Nikki Bella is sidelined from the live television due to her recovering from a career-threatening neck injury. But, while being away from the company, she is preparing for the dream wedding with the Cenation Leader.

As per the updates from their official Youtube channel, they are gearing up for a fairytale wedding which is set to happen, very soon. This was quite an unthinkable one even a year ago as John Cena was strictly against the idea of getting married.

But, he went public in different occasions that Nikki has been the biggest influence in his career ever since they started dating back in 2012. So, he wanted to give a proper name to their relationship with the upcoming marriage.



John Cena recently visited Australia and gave an interview with 'The Confidential' where he talked about the same topic. He quoted Nikki as the “best friend" of his life with whom he is eagerly waiting to spend the rest of his life.

“They know exactly what you go through with training, diet and hard work. You don't have to explain it or hope that they understand. I'm excited about getting married to my best friend. I can't wait."

The 16-time World Champion was married before this in the year 2009. It came to an abrupt end with the two getting divorced three years later after which Nikki and John became very close and got into a relationship.
