Top players to participate in ITF women's circuit meet

Mumbai, Nov 13 (UNI) Top Indian and international players will participate in the ITF Women's Circuit tennis tournament to be played at Aurangabad in Maharashtra from November 19 to 24.

Among the Indian players will be Isha Lakhani, Rushmi Chakravarthi, Sanaa Bhambri, Ankita Bhambri, Sonal Phadke and Sahan Shetty, while among the international players will be Disderi Silvia from Italy, Panova Alexandra from Russia, Polunina Katerina from Ukraine, Wongteanchai Varatchaya from Thailand and Chae Kyung-Yee from Korea.

The tournament, to be played on clay courts, will carry a cash prize of USD 10,000, a media release said here today.

The tournament is sponsored by Endurance Group, one of India's leading auto-component manufacturers, it added.
