Tennis-Cilic and Tsonga awarded Wimbledon wildcards

London, June 15 (Reuters) Croatian Marin Cilic and France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga were rewarded for their promising run at Queen's with wildcards into the main draw at Wimbledon.

The duo received the final wildcards for the grasscourt grand slam which begins on June 25.

Ranked 110 in the world, Cilic beat Tim Henman in the first round at Queen's and was playing three-times former champion Andy Roddick in the quarter-finals today.

Tsonga should climb up the standings from 121 after he upset defending champion Lleyton Hewitt in the second round of the Wimbledon warm-up tournament.

The duo were among only three non-British recipients of wildcards into the men's draw when the final list was released by organisers today. Dutchman Thiemo de Bakker was the only other male foreigner to receive an invitation.
