Sania seeded 32nd at Winbledon women's singles

London, Jun 18 (UNI) Indian tennis icon Sania Mirza has been seeded 32nd for the Wimbledon women's singles championship, which was announced here today.

Sania, who has returned from an injury lay-off, is currently playing at the Ordina Open where she shocked fifth seed Flavia Pennetta 6-4, 6-3 to advance to the second round on Monday.

World number one Ana Ivanovic of Serbia, who won the French Open title earlier this month, is the top seed.
