Sania continued her good work in doubles; sails to semis

New Haven, Aug 24 (UNI) Sania Mirza along with Italian Mara Santangelo overpowered Janette Husorova of Slovakia and Patty Schnyder of Switzerland in straight sets to storm into the semi-final of the 600,000 dollars Pilot Pen Classic here.

The third seeded Indo-Italian duo brushed past the challenge posed by the Swiss-Slovak combo, winning the game 6-3, 7-5 in a duel that lasted one hour.
