Paes to lead five-member team against Kazakhastan

New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) Veteran Leander Paes will lead a five-member Indian Davis contingent for the second round of the 2007 Asia-Oceania Group 1 tie against Kazakhastan to be played at Almaty, Kazakhastan from April 6 to April 8 2007.

Other members of the team includes Rohan Bopanna, Karan Rastogi, Divij Sharan and Sunil Kumar Siaeya. The five-member team will be accompanied by Nandan Bal and Sandeep Kirtane as coach, an All India Tennis Association (AITA) release stated.

India and Kazakhstan are logged in a similar position as both the sides lost their first round encounter of the group.

India went down 1-4 against Uzbekistan in last february, whereas Kazakhastan lost to Korea.
