Inter-club tennis tourney to begin from tomorrow

Mumbai, Nov 30 (UNI) The 28th edition of the annual Inter-Club tennis tournament, Prof N J Belani Shield Inter-Club Tennis 2007, organized by Khar Gymkhana, will be played here on weekends, from December 1 to 23.

A total of 12 clubs have confirmed their participation, which includes Khar Gymkhana, Bombay Gymkhana, N S C I, C C I and Willingdon Sports Club, a release issued here today stated.

The total prize money is Rs 50,000 plus trophies, prizes for winners, runners up and semi finalists.

From this year the tournament will be conducted under the auspices of MSLTA.
