Delhi, Karnataka win gold in tennis doubles

Guwahati, Feb 17 (UNI) Delhi and Karnataka won men's and women's doubles titles respectively in tennis competitions of the 33rd National Games here today.

Karnataka girls V Poojashree and V Archana defeated their Maharashtra opponents Sonal Phadke and Krushmi Chheda 4-6, 6-0, 6-2 to win the gold.

In the men's doubles final, Delhi duo of Ashutosh Singh and Divij Saran clinched the gold, beating Tamil Nadu's Kamala Kannan and V S Prashanth 7-6, 6-4.
