Bhupathi-Stepanek bows out of Stella Artois Championship

New Delhi, June 14 (UNI) French Open semi-finalist pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Radek Stepanek (Czech Republic) was knocked out of the second round at the euro 680,250 worth Stella Artois Championship in Great Britain today.

The unseeded Indo-Czech duo were outclassed in straight sets 1-6, 4-6 by number three seeds Paul Hanley of Australia and Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe, according to information received here.

Hanley and Ullyet will now face another unseeded pair of Eric Butorac (USA) and Jammie Murray (GBR) in the quarter-finals.
