McLaren escape sanction in F1 spy hearing
PARIS, July 26 (Reuters) Formula One leaders McLaren will not be punished despite being found to have had confidential Ferrari technical data in their possession, the sport's governing body said today.
McLaren, who lead Ferrari by 27 points in the championship after winning last Sunday's European Grand Prix, had been charged with a breach of the rules that could have cost them heavily.
