Yasin Merchant, Devendra Joshi for Islam Gym snooker

Mumbai, Apr 29 (UNI) Country's top cueists including former Asian champion Yasin Merchant, Devendra Joshi and Ashok Shandilya will feature in the Rexello Castors-Islam Gymkhana Open Handicap and Invitation Snooker Tournament, that will be held at the Islam Gymkhana from May 1 to 18.

The knock out tournament will kick off with the Handicap competition from May 1 to 10, which will feature top Mumbai players including the talented Rovin D'Souza, Karan Anand, Meenal Thakur, Neeta Sanghvi and Heena Khandelwal amongst others.

The winner, runner-up and the semi-finalists in the Handicap competition will qualify for the elite Invitation competition that will be held from May 11 to 18.

Among the other leading players in the Invitation are Kamal Chawla and Rafath Habib of Railways, Dhruv Sitwala of PSPB, Sarang Shroff, Omar Balsara, Merzdi Kalyaniwala, Siddharth Parikh, and Shravan Mohta.
