UP to reward 85 sportspersons tomorrow

Lucknow, June 14 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government will reward a total of 85 sportspersons tomorrow, who brought laurels to the state in various international and national tournaments.

The decision was announced here this evening by Sports Director Pramod Kumar.

He said the 85 players would be given a total cash prize of Rs 31.68 lakh by UP Sports and Youth Welfare Minister (independent charge) Ayodhya Prasad Pal at K D Singh Babu Stadium here.
