UP, AP off to good start

Hyderabad, Oct 11 (UNI) Favourites Uttar Pradesh (UP) and hosts Andhra Pradesh (AP) were off to a good start in the 13th Sub Junior National Netball Championships here today.

Uttar Pradesh girls notched up two victories against Manipur 25-3 and their neighbours Uttaranchal 26-1, while Andhra girls defeated Jharkhand 25-01.

In the boys section, Uttaranchal, UP and Delhi notched up two victories, while Punjab, Haryana and hosts AP registered facile victories against their rivals.
