The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to it's base for the final numbered event of 2024 in the form of UFC 310: Pantoja vs. Asakura, which is headlined by a flyweight title showdown on a blockbuster card.

In the main event, Japan's own Kai Asakura steps into his very first UFC bout in a title challenge against UFC flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja, who makes his third defense of the belt, while Shavkat Rakhmonov and Ian Machado Garry clash in a welterweight title eliminator in the co-main event.

Also on the main card, No. 2 ranked heavyweight Ciryl Gane goes toe-to-toe with No. 3 ranked Alexander Volkov after No. 13 ranked UFC featherweight Bryce Mitchell goes up against Kron Gracie, who will get Japan MMA fans and BJJ fanatics alike to tune in.

In the main card opener, "Korean Superboy" Dooho Choi is back and set for an exciting bout at featherweight against Nate Landwehr after No. 12 ranked UFC light heavyweight contender Dominick Reyes takes on No. 13 ranked Anthony Smith to close the preliminary card.

The prelims will also see No. 14 ranked welterweight Vicente Luque square off against
Themba Gorimbo after No. 5 ranked featherweight Movsar Evloev looks to maintain his undefeated record against former champion and No. 9 ranked contender Aljamain Sterling.

Randy Brown goes head-to-head with Byan Battle in a thrilling welterweight bout that will open the preliminary card after Chris Weidman and Eryk Anders meet in an exciting 195-pound catchweight battle to close the early preliminary card.

The early prelims will also see Myanmar's own Joshua Van gets his first flyweight ranking opportunity when he steps in the Octagon against No. 14 Cody Durden. The Ultimate Fighter season 15 winner Michael Chiesa and UFC Hall of Famer Clay Guida also will be in action.
