Twenty20 betting racket busted in MP

Bhopal, Sep 25 (UNI) A betting racket, indulging in speculating on the Indo-Pak Twenty20 World Cup final at Johannesburg, has been busted here.

One person has been arrested in connection with that. ''The accused was identified as Aarif,'' said City Superintendent of Police Shailendra Singh Chouhan, while, providing details of last night's arrest.

A sum of Rs 43,000, two television sets, a cellphone and betting slips were seized from his possession. A search is underway for Aarif's accomplices.
