TNBA Secy nominated as observer for Olympics

Chennai, Aug 5 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Boxing Association (TNBA) Secretary A K Karunakaran has been nominated as one of the observers for the Beijing Olympics.

Mr Karunakaran would observe the conduct of the boxing events at the Olympics, an official release said here today.

This is for the first time an official from TNBA has been appointed as observer for the Olympics.
