Tibetan side beats Manipur 1-0 in Governor's Gold Cup

Gangtok, Oct 29 (UNI) Tibetan National Football Academy (TNFA), Dehradun, overcame IWDFA Manipur 1-0 today to reach the pre-quarter finals of the 29th All India Governor's Gold Cup football tournament at Paljor Stadium, Gangtok.

Tshering Dhondup scored the winning goal for TNFA in the 74th minute.

Both the teams gave a spirited performance but scoring chances were far and between.

TNFA now meet Bhutan XI on October 31.
