Terry won't captain England again: Capello

London, Feb.28 (ANI): Coach Fabio Capello has said that John Terry will never again captain England.

Terry had expressed the hope that he might regain the captaincy once the scandal had died down but in the build-up to England's friendly against Egypt on Wednesday Capello, the England manager, ruled out such a move.

"From here to the World Cup he will not be England captain. If I will be the England manager after that, then I think no," News of The World quoted Capello, as saying.

He added that Terry had failed in his duty to set an "example" for "the young, for the children, the fans".

Capello also said that another Chelsea player, Joe Cole, was also in grave danger of missing the World Cup finals because of his lack of form. (ANI)
