Taekwondo nationals from Jan 17

Visakhapatnam, Jan 14 (UNI) The Fourth Open National senior and junior Taekwondo Championships-2007 would be held here from January 17 to 20.

Announcing this at a press conference, organising committee chairman V S K Kaumudi said about 1000 players were expected to participate in the championships.

VSP chairman and managing director Y Sivasagar Rao would inaugurate the event.

Later, Mr Kaumudi, who is also the City Police Commissioner, released logo and poster of the championship.
