Suresh Rana leading X-treme category

Shimla, Oct 4 (UNI) Suresh Rana is leading the X-treme car category of Maruti-Suzuki Raid-De-Himalayas rallies on the fourth day of the event.

Organiser of the Event, Navdeep told UNI that Sanket Shanbagh is at second place in X-treme car category event, when 19 car are on the mountainious track and in the X-treme category bikes event, Bhasker Remani is on first postion followed by Abhishek Moudgil when 21 bikers are in the fray out of 35.

The eight day event is restricted at Tabo-Demoli-Dhankar-Leling, shitling and Konic monestry of Kaz subdivision Lahaul Spiti distirct today. Three participants droped out from the X-treme category, leaving 40 in the fray ( 19 cars and 21 bikes).

He said in adventure category out of 51 only 49 are in the fray and result of the category is is yet to be declared.

Police sources said that all the Rallyists were safe and there is no report of untoward incident during the event.
