Sumeeth Reddy defeats Nandagopal
Bangalore, June 12 (UNI) Sumeeth Reddy of Andhra Pradesh lived upto to his top billing defeating his statemate K Nandagopal 2-1 to lift the Boys Under 19 title in the seventh All India Junior Ranking Badminton Tournament here today.
After losing the first set 14-21, Reddy bounced back and won two sets and the match 21-10, 21-12 in 35 minutes.
Anuradha Shrikhande of Maharashtra bagged the Girls title in Under 19 category by defeating P V Sindhu of Andhra Pradesh 17-21, 21-17, 21-13.
