Sub Jr Nationals from Nov 24

Vijayawada, Nov 15 (UNI) The 70th sub-junior National Table Tennis championship will be held at the DRMC Indoor stadium here from November 24.

Announcing this at a press conference this evening, Andhra Pradesh Table Tennis Association (APTTA) secretary S M Sultan said more than 600 players from 30 states would take part in the championship which would be held on league-cum-knock out basis.

Mr Sultan said the inter-state team championship will be held from November 24 to 27. The individual events will be held from November 28 to 30, he added.

The event will be co-sponsored by State Bank of India, HDFC Ergo General Insurance company Limited and Lanco.

Mr Ganesan from Kerala would officiate as Chief Referee for the Championship, he added.
