St Etienne-Lyon game resumes after crowd trouble
PARIS, Mar 3 (Reuters) The derby between bitter Ligue 1 rivals St Etienne and Olympique Lyon resumed after a 20-minute interruption due to crowd trouble today.
Referee Tony Chapron had sent the players back to the dressing rooms in the 52nd minute when tear gas appeared to have been thrown onto the pitch.
The trouble started when St Etienne fans threw tear gas towards the Lyon supporters' stand.
Champions and leaders Lyon were leading 3-0 with goals by Kim Kallstrom, Tiago and Fred.
