Sridhar zoom into quarterfinals

Dehra Dun, Feb 1 (UNI) India's number one shuttler Anoop Sridhar outclassed Sanave Thomas of Kerela in straight sets 21-13, 21-11 to sail into the quarter final match of LVL All India Major Ranking Prize Money Badminton Tournament here today.

Although Sanave managed to maintain the lead up to 11 points, restricting the National Champion to 9, his stamina started betraying him in the later stages of the game.

Top seed Sridhar did not have to try too hard as he dominated the second set by keeping his opponent on the base line for most of the time and forcing him to commit errors.

UNI
