Sr National Netball tourney from Feb 24

Vijayawada, Feb 20 (UNI) The 26th five-day senior national netball championships for men and women will be held at Ongole from February 24.

An official of the Andhra Pradesh Netball Association, informing told UNI 28 men and 26 women teams comprising more than 700 players from various states would take part in the league-cum-knockout basis tourney.

Uttar Pradesh in men's section and Chattisgarh in women's section emerged champions in the previous edition held here in 2006, the official said.
