Shree Cement to clash with Formidables in Tolani bridge final

Mumbai, Oct 30 (UNI) Shree Cement (Manas Mukherjee, Rana Roy, Subrata Saha, Subir Mujumdar, Bivas Todi) edged out India Blues (Ashok Ruia, SK Iyengar, JM Shah, Sandip Karmarkar, P Sridhar, Sunder Ram) by eight IMPs to enter the final of the Tolani Grand Prix Bridge at a hotel here.

The Kolkata side, who won 89-81, play in the final Formidables (Kiran Nadar, B Satyanarayana, Sunit Chokshi, Rajesh Dalal, KR Venkatraman, Subhash Gupta), who beat SD Associates (Vijay Phatarphekar, R Dudhane, S Dhakras, A Kulkarni, Finton Lewis, TV Ramani) by a margin of 75 IMPs (103-38) in the other semi-final.

The winner will be richer by Rs 1.5 lakhs and get a berth in the trials for the Beijing world event in 2008.
