Shinde, Mittal, Patwardhan move into Super League stage

Pune, Apr 26 (UNI) Kumar Shinde and Rahul Bagga of hosts Poona Club, Aparajit Mittal of Mumbai and Parag Patwardhan of Pool Around won their respective league matches and moved into the Super League stage of Rs 2.10 lakh 2nd Poona Club Limited (PCL) - Manisha Open&Invitational Snooker Championship 2007, at Poona Club here today.

In today's matches Kumar Shinde (PCL) defeated Col E Sanchez (CME) 84-34, 62-2, while Aparajit Mittal of Mumbai put out Nitin Israni of Turf club 66-53, 17-57, 61-20.

In the first match, Parag Patwardhan of Pool Around easily put out Sunil Sharma of Panchashil 68-31, 73-42. In the second match, he had to go through harrowing time before putting out Nelson D'Souza of Gamers Anonymous 61-73, 66-43, 59-40.
