Shakira to croon 2010 World Cup anthem

London, Apr 17 (ANI): The official World Cup anthem has been chosen - a song by Shakira and South African band Freshlyground.

'Time For Africa' is expected to be released to radio stations worldwide, reports The Mirror.

It will be available for download from April 26.

Shakira and Freshlyground will perform the track at the World Cup kick-off concert on June 10, and at the tournament's opening ceremony and before the July 11 final.

The announcement was made by Freshlyground on Friday. (ANI)
