Saurav Ghosal crashes out of Kuala Lumpur Open
Chennai, Mar 15 (UNI) National champion Saurav Ghosal crashed out of the 40,000 dollar CIMB Squash Open, when he lost his main draw first round match to world number nine and second seed Karim Darwish of Egypt 2-11, 2-11, 3-11 in Kuala Lumpur today.
Speaking after the match, Ghosal said, ''Karim played a tight game and did not let me get into the match.'' Earlier, Ghosal reached the main draw of the Championship by defeating Timothy Arnold of Malaysia 11-8, 11-9, 11-4 in the final qualifiers yesterday, according to information received by the Squash Racket Federation of India (SRFI) here.
