Rooney out for four weeks after injuring ankle

LONDON, Nov 9 (Reuters) England and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will be out of action for up to four weeks after injuring his ankle in training today.

United confirmed on their club Web site (www.manutd.com) that he will miss United's match against Blackburn Rovers on Sunday and is out of England's final Euro 2008 qualifier with Croatia on November. 21 at Wembley.
