Roddick win puts US in quarter-finals
OSTRAVA, Czech Republic, Feb 11 (Reuters) Andy Roddick beat Tomas Berdych 4-6 6-3 6-2 7-6 (7-4) to give the US an unbeatable 3-1 lead in their Davis Cup first round tie against the Czech Republic today.
The US will face Spain in the quarter-finals after the Spaniards also took an unassailable 3-1 lead over Switzerland.
