Real Madrid omit Emerson and Cicinho for Super Cup return

MADRID, Aug 18 (Reuters) Midfielder Emerson and right back Cicinho have been left out of Real Madrid's squad for the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Sevilla at the Bernabeu tomorrow, amid speculation about their future at the club.

Emerson has expressed his disappointment in the Italian media about the collapse of a move to AC Milan while fellow Brazilian Cicinho has been linked with Sevilla and AS Roma in the last week.

Brazilian Daniel Alves has been included in Sevilla's squad but coach Juande Ramos said today he was unsure if the right back would start as his side aim to protect their 1-0 lead from the first leg.

Alves refused to play in this week's Champions League qualifier against AEK Athens in order not to jeopardise a possible move to Chelsea.
