Prantik win Int'l school chess championship in Dhaka
New Delhi, July 31 (UNI) Kolkata's Prantik Roy won the 9th Annual Standard Charted Bank International School Chess Championship in Dhaka after topping the chart with eight points in the nine round swiss league system tournament.
Prantik marshalled his troops well to defeat Saif in the last round and clinch the issue, according to the information received here.
Five players earned seven points each out of which two were Indians namely Sayatan Dass of Scottish Church of Kolkata and Akshat Agarwal of Hansraj Model School of Delhi.
