Pondy, SRM win

Kannur, Nov 12 (UNI) SRM University Madras, Pondicherry Univeristy, Mysore University and LNIPE University Gwalior recorded wins in the pool-cum-knock out matches of the South-West Zone inter-univeristy volleyball championship for women here today.

Meanwhile, Anna University, Chennai, Amarvathi Vidyapeet, Amarvati and Sivaji University, Kohlapur got walkovers.

SRM University beat SNDT Women University, Mumbai in an easy straight sets 25-2, 25-3, 25-6.
