PDCA Colts to clash with NCA in u-15 2nd Poona Club Rolling trophy

Pune, May 26 (UNI) Poona District Cricket Association (PDCA) Colts will clash with Nashik Cricket Academy (NCA) in the finals of the Kumar Properties-sponsored 2nd Poona Club Rolling trophy Boys under- 15 league-cum-knock-out cricket tournament being organised by Poona Club.

In the semifinals played today, an all-round performance by Suhas Jadhav helped PDCA scored a 6-wicket win over Cricket Club of Indore. Jadhav scored 50 runs in 69 balls with the help of 8 fours and later took 2 wickets for 12 runs.

A quick fire 31 runs of 41 balls by Prashant Nathe helped NCA to stop the winning run by city's Nanavare Cricket Academy by 23 runs in the other semifinals.

The final will be played 0930 hrs onwards, former Indian Captain and cricket icon Kapil Dev will give away the prizes at 1600 hrs.

The match will be shown live on ICC cable network, while entry is open to all and will be free.

Following are the scores: Nasik Cricket Academy: 123 all out in 29.4 overs (Prashant Nathe 31 in 41 balls, Gurubeer Ghai 4-17) bt Nanavare Cricket Academy: 100 all out in 24.5 overs (Vijay Yemul 18, Gurubeer Ghai 16, Sachin Nikam 3-19, Sagar Thorat 2-9); Cricket Club of Indore: 149 all out in 29.3 overs (Shivam Mishra 29, Parth Sahani 61, Suhas Jadhav 2-12, Vaibhav Shah 4-22) lost to Pune District Cricket Academy: 150/4 in 28.5 overs (Suhas Jadhav 50, Shubham Nagwade 41, Parth Sahani 2-15).
