Pathaw emerges winner of Air Force Golf Cup

Shillong, Nov 18 (UNI) Prakash Pathaw was adjudged the best gross category winner while Dr P Lengen emerged as the runner-up at the eighth Indian Air Force Golf tournament held at the Shillong Golf course here today.

Altogether 80 golfers, including five women, participated in the tournament.

Air Marshal G S Kochar won the best nett category followed by Mr Anil Sahu as the runner-up.

In the women's nett category, Ms Jyoti Agarwal and Mrs D Passah stood first and second respectively.

The Eastern Air Command emerged as the overall winner of the eighth Air Force Golf tournament.

Air Chief Marshal Fali Homi Major gave away the prizes to the winners.
