ONE Fight Night 42: Dzhabir Dzhabrailov Aims For Round-One Finish Against Chase Mann In Welterweight
Dzhabir Dzhabrailov will face Chase Mann in a welterweight MMA bout at ONE Fight Night 42 on 11 April. Both fighters are undefeated. The winner could move closer to a shot at Christian Lee's title, adding high stakes to the main event.
The 21-year-old Turkish fighter holds a 6-0 MMA record. All six wins came by finish. Since his 2024 ONE debut, he is 3-0 in the promotion. He stopped all three ONE opponents by knockout, each time inside two minutes of the opening round.

Training camp in Thailand boosts confidence
Dzhabrailov has been based in Thailand for this camp. He feels his skills have grown during this period. "I have been preparing in Thailand for this one. Overall, [it has been a] great training camp, and I've been acclimatizing well so far. With each fight, I become a better version of myself," Dzhabrailov said.
Mann is 29 years old and holds a 7-0 career record, with five finishes. The American debuted in ONE in January against Isi Fitikefu. He dominated the first round. Fitikefu then suffered a serious knee injury and could not continue, giving Mann a TKO win.
Dzhabrailov's view on Mann and prediction
Dzhabrailov studied Mann's ONE debut. "I saw his fight against Isi Fitikefu, and I wasn't impressed. You can expect the fireworks, and, as usual, expect a highlight finish from my side. Let's see if he can survive with me. [An ideal win] is for me to be done in round one. 50k bonus," he said.
Despite his bold words, Dzhabrailov stays cautious about Mann's strengths. "I don't underestimate anyone. He seems like a wrestler with strong control. He is a strong, muscular wrestler built like a ninja turtle. He definitely is physically strong and has pressure [to trouble opponents]," Dzhabrailov said.
