North Zone CBSE T T tournament gets underway

Panchkula, Sep 18 (UNI) The North Zone CBSE (Cluster 13) Table Tennis Tournament was inaugurated by Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education D R Yadav here today.

Over 250 boys and girls from 27 different schools of the region are competing in the tournament organised by the Banyan Tree School.

The competitions are being held in the under-14, Under-17 and Under-19 age groups.

Speaking on the occasion, Yadav expressed happiness that teams from Jammu and Kashmir were taking part despite the disturbed conditions prevailing in that state.
