Nitesh, Amit, Chimay Mohit enter second round

Pune, Jun 23 (UNI) Nitesh Pandya and Amit Darekar of AXA and Chinmay Gadre and Mohit Pullawpal of PTC showed excellent talent and crushed their opponents to enter the second round of the Corporate Sport Series-Racquet Feast Badminton Tournament organised by Sportnexus and Total Sport Management, played at the PYC Hindu Gymkhana here today.

Pandya put out Pranav Paranjpe of Approva 21-5, 21-8, while Darekar of AXA defeated Sachin Pakale of Approva 21-10, 21-12 to enter in the second round.

In the doubles, Pandya and Darekar of AXA put out Pravin Pratik Pandit of Cybage 21-11, 21-11, while Manoj Deswandikar and Amit of S 1 Corporation had easy victory over Ratish A/Advait Kilkarni of AXA 21-9, 21-6 and enter in QF round.

In the tough match of the day, Nitin/Dhananjay of S 1 managed to win over Hiren/Ratish C of Cybage 17-21, 21-13, 21-9 and enter in QF round.
