Neeraj Chopra At Doha Diamond League As It Happened: Neeraj Chopra created history at the 2025 Doha Diamond League by breaching the 90-metre mark for the first time in his career with a massive throw of 90.23m in the third round. He became the 25th athlete-and only the third Asian-to achieve this feat.
Despite the milestone, Chopra had to settle for second place as Germany's Julian Weber produced a stunning 91.06m throw in his final attempt to win the event. Chopra had earlier led the competition with his world-leading mark, but could not improve on it in his remaining throws.
