NBA Results: Pacers Win Fourth Straight While Nuggets And Rockets Also Triumph

This win marked their fourth consecutive triumph, a season-high for the team. The Pacers dominated the final two quarters, outscoring Sacramento 70-43, breaking a halftime tie of 52-52. Seven players from Indiana scored in double digits, including Myles Turner with 15 points and Tyrese Haliburton adding 14 points and eight assists.

De'Aaron Fox led the Kings with 23 points but struggled in the final quarter, scoring only two points. During this period, the Pacers shot an impressive 74% from the field while limiting Sacramento to just 25% shooting. Domantas Sabonis, who was traded by Indiana in February 2022, contributed significantly for Sacramento with a season-high 21 rebounds and 17 points.

Pacers, Nuggets, Rockets Achieve Key Wins

The Pacers took control of the game with a crucial 15-5 run in the third quarter. This surge was capped by a three-pointer from Haliburton, giving them a 69-59 lead. Entering the fourth quarter with an advantage of 87-78, Indiana extended their lead further with a strong start to the period. A subsequent 17-5 run put them ahead by a commanding margin of 104-83 with less than seven minutes remaining.

Ben Sheppard played a key role off the bench for Indiana, making all four of his three-point attempts and finishing with 14 points. His back-to-back threes were pivotal during this decisive stretch.

The Denver Nuggets secured a thrilling overtime victory against the New Orleans Pelicans, winning 132-129 after overcoming a significant deficit. Nikola Jokic recorded another triple-double with 27 points, 13 rebounds, and ten assists. Jamal Murray matched Jokic's scoring output with his own contribution of 27 points.

Despite trailing by as much as 17 points earlier in the game, Denver rallied in the second half. Russell Westbrook provided crucial support off the bench by scoring most of his points after halftime. Murray's late-game heroics included a step-back jumper that forced overtime.

The Pelicans suffered their seventh consecutive loss despite having four players score over twenty points each. Jordan Hawkins led New Orleans with a season-high of twenty-five points off the bench.

Rockets Triumph Over Raptors

Dillon Brooks led Houston Rockets to their first victory in Toronto since December 2019 by scoring twenty-seven points against his hometown team. Despite trailing early on by sixteen points, Houston managed to secure a narrow win at114-110 over Toronto Raptors.

The Rockets have now won four out of their last five games while handing Toronto its seventh straight defeat without leading scorer R.J Barrett due to illness.

Alperen Sengun added thirteen second-half points along with ten rebounds for Houston while Jalen Green contributed twenty-two overall. Rookie Ja'Kobe Walter shone brightly for Toronto despite their loss; he scored career-high twenty-seven points including six successful three-pointers out of eleven attempts.
