MSC defeats George Telegraph by two goals

Midnapore, Feb 20 (UNI) Mohammedan Sporting Club (MSC) of Kolkata defeated George Telegraph Sports Club, Kolkata by two goals in the second semi-final of the All India Gosthopal Memorial Knockout Football Tournament in Arabinda Stadium here today.

Following no score by either of the team during 90 minutes of the play, tiebreaker was resorted.

This also yielded no result as both the team scored four goals each.

There after the result came during the sudden death period, while Faroor Hyder and Sk Azim scored two goals on behalf MSC, Sanjoy Mallick scored one in favor of George Telegraph. Pintu Kumar Manna missed the goal.

The final will be played between Tata Football Academy and MSC g on February 22.
