MPCA official declines comment
Indore, Mar 2 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) Joint Secretary Vasu Gangwani today refused to comment further on reports that he owned the cellphone used by all-rounder Marlon Samuels in the match fixing incident during the India-West Indies Nagpur one-dayer.
Indore-resident Gangwani was the local manager of the visiting team. A television news channel quoted Nagpur Police as saying that the phone belonged to Gangwani.
Initially, Gangwani described the allegations as baseless.
