Media centre inaugurated in ACA-VDCA stadium

Visakhapatnam, Feb 15 (UNI) Vizag Sports Journalists Association (VISJA) President G Narasimha Rao today inaugurated the media centre and attached internet and wi-fi facilities in the ACA-VDCA stadium at P N Palem, eight km from the city.

Andhra Cricket Association President N Venkatrao said as per the BCCI guidelines the ACA had constructed an air-conditioned pressbox with an attached internet centre with all facilities like STD, ISD, FAX machines, computers with wi-fi arrangements for the press and photographers at ground level.

The media centre had a capacity of 100 seats.

Separate provisions were provided for international and local media.
