Manipur triumphs in Mini Archery Championship

Vijayawada, Jan 20 (UNI) Manipur's G A Nishantha in the Boys Recurve Section and Naobichano in the Girls Indian Division Round in the Olympic Round secured first positions in the first Mini (U-13) Archery Championship which concluded here today.

In the Recurve Division for boys, Prajy and Bargaw of Andhra Pradesh finished in second and third places, while, P Srilaxmi and M Haritha of Andhra Pradesh and Samrudhi of Maharashtra secured first, second and third places in the girls section.

In the Girls Indian Division, Fanta Devi of Manipur and Mohini of Maharashtra got second and third places while in the Boys Section, Senator, Bikram and Tolen of Manipur finished in first, second and third places.

In the Compound Division of Boys Section, V Shiv Kumar, E Sashit and E G N Deepu of Andhra Pradesh clinched first, second and third places while in Girl's Section, V Jyoti of Andhra Pradesh, Mridudula of Maharashtra and V Shiv Keyrr of Andhra Pradesh got first, second and third positions.
