Manipur takes on Orissa, TN vs Jharkhand in semi-finals

Puducherry, Jan 16 (UNI) Defending champions Manipur will clash with last year's runner up Orissa and Tamil Nadu will lock horns with Jharkhand in the semi-finals of the fifth junior national girls football tournament underway here.

In the last quarter final league matches Orissa and Tamil Nadu played a 1-1 draw. However, both the teams had qualified for the knock-out semi finals. Saradanjali Sahoo for Orissa and Usha Rani for Tamil Nadu scored the goals.

In the other inconsequential match Delhi and Hariyana played a goalless draw.

Tomorrow will be a rest day.
